Backflip Bikeflip!

Zack landed a completely new, amazing trick in late May/early June- he combined a backflip (the bike & rider both flip upside down) with a bikeflip (the rider is off the bike mid-air & flips the bicycle by the handlebar, somehow getting back on the bike to land it) in the same air.  Zack is one of very few riders to regularly land bikeflips at all, and he is the first to have landed a backflip bikeflip.  The video does not "look" as spectacular as this stunt really is.  His backflip is off-axis, but it is still Zack & the bike upside down while he flips the bike by the handlebars!

Saturday, March 27th BMX Demo at Saint Louis Mills Mall - Plan-Nine Skatepark - 2pm

Zack Warden will be riding a free BMX bicycle demo with some of
his Hoffman Bicycle Co Team (www.hoffmanbikes.com) at Plan-Nine
Skatepark (www.plan-nine.net) in the Saint Louis Mills Mall in Hazelwood
at 2:15pm on Saturday, March 27th. Seth Kimbrough, Will Love & Shane
Weston are scheduled to ride, also. All four guys are fun riders to
watch!

This is a great event to introduce kids to BMX and action sports! And,
it is a great way to support our local skatepark - Plan-Nine!

2009 Salt Lake City AST Dew Tour Toyota Challenge

Zack Warden Finishes 4th in Portland's AST Dew Wendy's Invitational

August 23, 2009
Zack finished 4th last weekend in Portland, Oregon - his career best in the AST Mountain Dew Series! 

Zack is in 10th place in the 2009 AST Dew Tour Standings after failing to qualify for finals in June in Chicago at the Nike 6.0 BMX Open and finishing 4th at this past weekend's Wendy's Invitational in Portland!

Portland, Oregon Wendy's Invitational AST Dew Tour BMX Vert Event

Zack qualified 3rd today in the Wendy's Invitational BMX Vert Prelims (http://www.allisports.com/dew-tour-results-portland > BMX Vert Tab).  Also, check out the Allied Sports article about the Vert Prelims: http://www.allisports.com/news/kagy-warden-throw-down-bmx-vert-prelims.

That means that Zack moves on to the final competition at 7pm Pacific Time tomorrow, August 15th! 

TV Schedule - I don't know when/if BMX Vert will air, but I'm guessing it will be on USA midnight - 1am.
